Our new programme for Training Journal on Advanced Negotiation Skills is based on the former programme by Larry Reynolds.  One of the highlights of Larry‘s programme is his 12 suggested creativity techniques.  These tie in perfectly with the work of Roger von Oeuk and Edward de Bono, and have inspired me to tie them into the 12 months of the year - as a kind of memory system.  This then led to the idea of creating a Creativity Calendar - so it is my pleasure to share this with you for free here as a download for each month.
